Development project - Zoo sauvage de St-Félicien
- Refurbishment of various habitats and infrastructures. Replacement and restoration of various facilities, including treatment and other processes. Integration of technical data from the animal specialist, layout of various areas and construction of new habitats.
- Production of project plans for engineering tenders, coordination of design work, construction management with contractors, site supervision and support. Adherence to schedules and budgets, billing and payment follow-up.
- Follow-up of work progress and recommendations to the customer for modifications and/or improvements to the site, coordination with various stakeholders and quality assurance for various disciplines such as mechanical, structural, electrical.
